Peace of Mind, for you and your loved ones
What can Life Insurance do?
Create an instant estate...that is what life insurance will do for your family. Leave your heirs a tax-free sum to help ease their situation in life. Maybe they could use assistance with home repairs, a better vehicle, school supplies, medical bills, you name it. With life insurance, you can provide that assistance even after you’re gone.
Give peace of mind...Think of it! What other product exists that will guarantee you the security of knowing your family is provided for in the event of you departing this world all-too-soon?
Replace lost income…Life insurance benefits can help replace your income if you pass away. The beneficiaries could use the money to help cover essential expenses, such as paying a mortgage or college tuition for your children. It could also be used to pay off debt, such as credit cards or loans.
Pay for funeral and final expenses...Life insurance policy benefits can be used to help pay for final expenses after you pass away. These may include funeral or cremation costs, medical bills not covered by health insurance, estate settlement costs and other unpaid obligations.
Pay federal and/or state taxes...Your heirs might need to pay estate taxes (depending on state law) upon receiving an inheritance. Life insurance benefits may be used to offset this cost, either partially or completely…
Make charitable contributions...Life insurance policies can be set up with your favorite charity as named beneficiary. This can help assure your philanthropic goals are met after you pass away, and that benefits are provided to the charity of your choice.
*Policy loans/withdrawals over the life of the policy could potentially reduce the available payout.

About Us
We specialize in life and health insurance. Our mission is to provide affordable coverage to everyone, regardless of their risk profile. First licensed as a life and health insurance agent in 1993 when I realized that nothing can accomplish for the average family what life insurance can. True in 1993, true today. I see first hand the great gap between the life insurance coverage needed in the households of every community and the actual coverage amount owned. I want to help close the gap. And with all that's happening in today's world, has there ever been any greater need for affordable health insurance?
We want to help everyone get affordable life insurance, including pre-existing conditions and people who may have had difficulty obtaining coverage in the past.
Life Insurance
Term Life
Whole Life
Universal Life
Term life insurance is a policy that is purchased for a period of time (a term). The policy pays money to the named beneficiaries if the insured dies during the term. It is intended to provide lower-cost coverage for a specific period.Term life policies may include a provision that allows coverage to continue (renew) at the end of the term, even if your health status has changed. However, those premiums may be higher than the original policy. Ask what the premiums will be before you renew. Also, ask if you lose the right to renew at a certain age. If the policy is non-renewable you will need to apply for coverage at the end of the term.
Whole life insurance provides: Guaranteed lump-sum payment to your loved ones no matter how long you live; Premiums that never increase. A whole life insurance policy is a type of permanent life insurance that covers you for a lifetime (unlike term life insurance, which covers a policyowner for a period of time usually between 10 and 30 years). If you ever need a loan, whole life insurance builds cash value (money that grows in your policy that you can access) --- so it’s life insurance you can borrow against. Cash value of a whole life insurance policy grows on a tax-deferred basis.
Universal life is a form of permanent life insurance that gives policyholders flexibility in paying premiums, a cash savings component, and a death benefit. Universal life insurance allows you to borrow against or cash in their savings portion, which grows tax-deferred over your lifetime.

-Life Insurance Buyers Guide-
Insurance is one of the very few industries where almost all regulation and oversight take place at the state level, rather than federal. To make insurance laws and regulations more uniform across the country, the Insurance Commissioners of the various states in 1871 formed an association, the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC), to work together to promote uniform standards and practices. The concept has worked so well that this organization is still the main body working on insurance regulations in 2024. They also provide educational materials to help make informed decisions regarding insurance purchases, such as the "NAIC Life Insurance Buyers Guide," available to download from this link......................

Insurance for ‘what ifs’
We all worry about life’s “what ifs”, like “What if I get sick or hurt?” A supplemental health/hospitalization plan can help with life's "what ifs," including medical costs. Coverage can help with out-of-pocket expenses from things like hospital stays and surgeries.
About Supplemental Insurance
• The supplemental plans discussed here are separate from any health insurance or Medicare Advantage coverage you may have purchased with any insurance company.
• These plans provide optional coverage for an additional premium. They are intended to supplement your health insurance and provide additional benefits for covered expenses.
• This coverage is not required in order to purchase health insurance with any insurance company.
• These plans should not be used as a substitute for comprehensive health insurance coverage. They are not considered Minimum Essential Coverage.
Dental and Vision plans are also available.
